Technical Assistance ProgramsFor several years, the business finance department has been able to provide technical assistance to all of its Microloan borrowers as an effort to help them improve their businesses and to find useful information to achieve their goals. In addition to the Microloan program, the department has a full-time employee who provides technical assistance to all loan customers. This can be done at the business location, which provides an opportunity for the business owner not only to explain, but to demonstrate the needs that must be addressed.
